The 2007 Photographer of the Year is Sheila Horton from the JCPenney Portraits in Colerain Township, Ohio. Sheila was also recognized as the Studio Manager of the Year. This is the first time that someone has received both of the top awards in one year.

Sheila has been with the company for just over 9 years. She believes that it is her team and her support system that helped her reach new heights.
