Thank you for your interest in the JCPenney Portraits corporate portraits program! Our corporate portrait certificates can be used for a variety of occasions including business needs (website listings, business cards and employee recognition photos) or as rewards to your employees or customers.

How does this work?
You may contact our home office at 800-736-4770 x4151 to order portrait certificates. We will take your order information and ship your certificates, a corporate portrait guidelines sheet (if requested) and an invoice for the certificates.

Will you send the certificates directly to my employees?
No, it is your responsibility to distribute the certificates and corporate portrait guidelines sheet (if applicable) to your employees.

What is a corporate portrait guidelines sheet?
If requested, we can also provide a corporate portrait guideline sheet with the certificates. You complete and copy the sheet to distribute to your employees with the portrait certificate. The sheet includes information for the studio (background color choice, portrait sheet size specification, etc.) and your employee (shipping information) so your employee is not bothered with details.

No, we do not email certificates.

Do you put high res portrait files on a CD?
We do not offer portraits on CD at this time.

Do you offer any portraits electronically?
We do offer SmilesByWire®, a portrait sharing service to view and order portraits at 72dpi (low resolution for email, websites, online directories only) via the internet. Any orders from SmilesByWire® are at reorder pricing.

Do you ship portraits?
We do not arrange shipping for portraits to one location. Your employees may request to have their portraits shipped when they are at the studio but there is a charge for this.

What is your pricing?
Our pricing is listed above. Discounts are given for larger orders. We ask that companies plan ahead for their purchases on a yearly basis. We can accommodate smaller requests, though.

What is a corporate sitting like?
Our sittings typically involve 4-6 poses. Head and shoulder poses are most popular. Employees are welcome to bring in their family to pose with them after their corporate poses are completed.

Where are your studios?
We have approximately 450 studio locations in all 50 states except Wyoming, Montana, Hawaii and Vermont. We are in all major markets and most larger JCPenney stores. You can find studios by using our studio locator.
