General Studio Questions

1. How do I order more portraits?

You can place a reorder after you have received your original order.You are welcome to place your reorder online, at the studio or call Guest Services at 1-800-59-SMILE. We will store images from your sitting online for 90 days from the sitting date. If you place an order, we will keep your album online for another 90 days.

 

2. Do you have a loyalty program? How does it work?

Yes. If you purchase a Portrait Club membership, we will waive sitting fees for everyone in your sitting. You are also entitled to benefits on studio portrait purchases. Visit our Portrait Club membership page for more information..

 

3. Can I share my Portrait Club membership?

Portrait Club membership benefits are not transferable. If you wish to purchase a membership for a family or friend click here.

 

4. How many people can I have in one sitting?

Studio and background sizes vary by location. In general, we can fit parties of up to seven adults. Call the studio nearest you for more information.

 

5. How long will I have to wait to get my portraits after my sitting?

Your finished portraits will be ready approximately 7-10 business days after you place your order (business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days). Please refer to your order summary for your scheduled pick up date, enlargements might take longer.

 

6. Do I have to make an appointment for a sitting?

We do not require an appointment. However we recommend that you make an appointment--especially during busy holiday seasons. To make an appointment, call the studio nearest you.

 

7. Can I make a change to the order I placed in the studio?

Yes. If you return to the studio to pick up your portrait package and you are unhappy with your selection, we will gladly help you reorder additional portraits or exchange portraits. Or, we will exchange your portraits for sheets of a different pose, retake your portrait sitting, or return unwanted portraits for a refund.

 

8. What is your refund policy?

JCPenney Portrait Studios has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the portraits, we will retake your portraits or they can be returned for a refund or exchange them for sheets of a different pose.

 

9. Can I get a portrait taken with my pet?

Pet Policies vary by location. Please check with your local studio.

 

10. What are your studio hours?

Our studio hours vary by location. Please contact the studio nearest you for hours and to make an appointment.
