SmileByWire Questions

1. When will my images be available online?

You will receive an email notification when your images are uploaded. This generally takes 7-10 business days (business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days). Some email service providers use filters to attempt to keep SPAM mail from reaching you. At times, these filters may block mail from SmilesByWire. Check your junk/bulk mail folder.

2. How can I order SmilesByWire?

You can purchase SmilesByWire in the studio at the time of your sitting or you can purchase online. On the right hand side of the home page is an area that allows you to purchase SmilesByWire. You must go though the entire check out process, then re-login for your images to become visible.
