Website Issues

  1. The font is too small, I can't read the text.

  2. The image galleries aren't working, I only see one image.

  3. The coupons on the site have expired.

  4. I've completed my portrait sitting and I can't locate the portrait survey.

Website Issues

  1.  The font is too small, I can't read the text.

    It's possible that the text size on your browser is set at a low size.  For Internet Explorer, under the "View" menu, select "Text Size" and try one of the larger font sizes.  For Netscape, under the "View" menu, select "Increase Font Size".

  2.  The image galleries aren't working, I only see one image and I can't scroll to see others.

    Our image galleries are powered by JavaScript.  Please make sure that you have JavaScript activated in your preferences.  For Netscape, under the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences".  Click on "Advanced" and make sure the checkbox for JavaScript is marked.  For the best Internet experience, we recommend using the latest browsers available, such as Internet Explorer or Netscape.
