How to Access Your Digital Images

Digital Purchase In-Studio

If you purchased digital images at your photo session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your images are available to claim online.

If you did not purchase digital images at your photo session or had an outdoor session, your digital album will be available on MyCollection by Lifetouch where you can view your images and shop personalized photo products.

If you purchase digital images from MyCollection, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account.
